To legally reside in the UAE, you are required to hold a valid residency visa to avoid facing any legal consequences or incurring fines. You can renew your visa by visiting one of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) center. Al Baraha Smart Medical Examination Center for Residency facilitates application for new residency visa and renewal.
Medical Examination for Residency is the process required to apply for a new visa or renew a residency visa in UAE. The medical test for visa can be completed by issuing the medical test form application and undergoing blood test and X-ray. You can visit our center to complete your medical examination process.

The basic requirements for renewing visa in Dubai are:

a) A sponsor with a valid residency permit.

b) Passing a medical fitness test for those above 18.

c) Insurance card (mandatory in Dubai and Abu Dhabi).

d) A renewed identity card issued from ICA, or an original receipt that you have registered with ICA to get a renewal.

The requirements for medical test for new visa are:

a) Valid Passport copy.

b) Valid Residence Permit copy.

c) 1 Passport size photograph with white background.

All the citizens and residents of UAE are required to carry the Emirates Identity Card issued by Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. Emirates ID can be acquired by applying for a new visa or renewing residency visa in UAE by the expats and citizen can apply through the official website of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
No, the medical examination of residency can only be conducted only in the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) approved centers in UAE.
The charges for individual for medical fitness test for residency visa are AED 330*. *Charges may vary.

The charges for PCR test in our center are:

AED 50 for Normal report

AED 105 for International Travel report

Yes, PCR test is mandatory for entering any government office in UAE unless you are vaccinated.
Al Hosn is the UAE's official app for contact tracing and health status related to COVID-19. All the results for COVID-19 PCR test and vaccination in our center will be updated on Al Hosn application.
